Description

When you attend a free MathCode™ Mastery Assessment, you can expect to have your child's academic skills evaluated in order to identify areas that require improvement. This assessment will cover topics related to math and reading comprehension, which will help determine your child's level of proficiency in these subjects.

The assessment process involves a Mathcode placement test. The coach will also observe how your child approaches problems, and ask questions to determine their areas of strength and weakness. This information will be used to create a tailored learning plan that will help your child achieve their academic goals.

It's important to note that the MathCode™ Mastery Assessment is not an exam, and there is no pass or fail. Instead, it's an opportunity for the Skill Samurai Coach to gain a better measure of a student’s cumulative knowledge, uncover gaps, and establish learning goals.

During the assessment, your child will have the chance to ask questions and provide feedback, ensuring that they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the process. After the assessment, the Skill Samurai Coach will discuss their findings with you and provide you with recommendations for how to move forward.

Overall, a MathCode™ Mastery Assessment is an excellent way to gain insight into your child's academic strengths and weaknesses and to get started on a path toward academic success.

By working with a Skill Samurai Coach to develop a personalized learning plan, your child can achieve their full potential and gain confidence in their abilities.

Following the math assessment, students will participate in a fun coding activity so that we can understand their skill level, experience, and interests.
